JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for individual team members and departments.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and annual sales budgets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
