BIM Architect – Job Description
Position: BIM Architect
Role Summary:
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing architectural BIM models using Revit, ensuring accurate project documentation and multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models in Revit.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams for clash-free design.
- Conduct model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and project requirements.
- Support quantity take-offs and project deliverables.
- Maintain BIM families, templates, and libraries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 1–3 years of BIM project experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and BIM workflows.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Dynamo, clash detection, and BIM coordination.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
