Employment Type: Full-time/HybridCareer Break: Open to women with a career gap of min 6 months or moreWe are looking for a skilled Performance Testing Engineer with strong experience in performance testing tools. Candidates must have hands-on experience in any two tools – JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks Monitor application performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and resource utilization Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues Prepare detailed performance testing reports and recommendations
Required Skills: Strong experience in Performance Testing Hands-on expertise in any two tools – JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad (Mandatory) Experience in test script development and execution Understanding of performance tuning and system bottlenecks Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance metrics Basic knowledge of SQL and application architecture
Good to Have: Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, etc.) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
