About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for our users, assisting them with technical challenges, product/process inquiries, and troubleshooting. You'll support highly engaged PeopleGrove clients, ensuring they successfully configure, adopt, and maximize value from our platform
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
