Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Social Science Teacher to teach students and help them excel in school academics and board examinations. The candidate should be able to make subjects like History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and Civics engaging and easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Social Science to students across different grades
- Prepare students for school exams, board exams, and academic assessments
- Conduct structured and interactive classroom sessions
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and practice tests based on the curriculum
- Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions
- Provide individual guidance and support to improve academic performance
- Encourage participation through discussions, projects, and activity-based learning
- Maintain student performance records and provide regular progress updates
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, and Civics)
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Patient, student-focused, and result-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge for online teaching
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a related discipline (B.Ed. preferred)
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply
Salary:
- Fixed salary based on experience.
Pay: ₹11,332.92 - ₹36,375.13 per month
