Key Responsibilities
- Handling recruitment and selection processes
- Posting job advertisements and screening resumes
- Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring
- Managing employee onboarding and induction
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Handling payroll support and attendance management
- Managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
- Assisting in training and development programs
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining databases

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
