- Handle inbound sales calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Prepare and send quotations to potential and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Follow up on quotations and sales inquiries through phone calls and emails, maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery timelines.
- Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
