- Execute electrical wiring work as per approved drawings and site requirements.
- Install electrical panels, DBs, conduits, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and related equipment.
- Carry out internal and external electrification work in residential flats, common areas, and amenities.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and attend breakdown complaints promptly.
- Ensure proper earthing and safety measures at site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other departments for smooth execution.
- Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Monitor electrical material usage and report shortages to supervisors.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain daily work records and report progress to the Electrical Engineer/Site In-charge.
- Assist during inspections, testing, and project handover activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
