Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of residential and commercial construction/interior projects from inception to handover. You will be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating with architects and contractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Planning: Create realistic project timelines, resource plans, and milestone schedules; supervise day-to-day on-site operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Site & Contractor Management: Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors; allocate tasks and ensure adherence to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Cost & Budget Control: Track project expenses, verify contractor billing, manage material requisitions, and minimize material wastage.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards for materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to site safety protocols.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly milestone trackers, and project completion documentation to leadership.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
