Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a premium experience for B2B or high-net-worth clients. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify shifts and opportunities for growth. Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, address client objections with professional solutions, and finalize agreements that meet company profit margins. Reporting & CRM: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the CRM system and provide weekly forecasts to the management team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with current campaigns and customer feedback.
