We are looking for a motivated and skilled ITI Fitter / Mechanical Technician with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fitting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge of engineering drawings, precision measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly practices while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, and installation of machine components and sub-assemblies.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and technical specifications.

Carry out drilling, tapping, cutting, grinding, and other fabrication-related activities.

Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators.

Assemble and align mechanical components according to quality standards and work instructions.

Identify and rectify assembly issues during production.

Perform preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machines and equipment.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet production schedules.

Maintain proper documentation of work completed and report daily progress.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR

ITI – Fitter / Machinist / Turner / Mechanical Trade

1–3 years of experience in Mechanical Assembly, Manufacturing, Production, or R&D environments.

Experience in machine assembly, industrial equipment, heavy engineering, or defence/aerospace manufacturing is an added advantage.
