- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing, website inquiries.
- Handle inbound queries and provide product information clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer preferences, budgets, and purchase intent.
- Convert leads into store visits or direct purchases.
- Build trust and rapport through polite, professional communication.
- Address customer concerns, objections, and queries effectively.
- Ensure customers receive a seamless, end-to-end experience—from inquiry to
- purchase.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
