Role & Responsibilities
Handle multiple backend tickets simultaneously.
Support CRM process improvements with the team lead.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Ensure company policies and compliance guidelines are followed.
Suggest operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide quality client support through backend operations.
Respond to customer inquiries accurately.
Improve operational efficiency with analytical thinking.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate freshers can apply.
6 months to 3 years of experience preferred in international backend process.
Good written communication skills.
Strong analytical and calculation skills.
Knowledge of E-commerce, Risk Operations, and Fraud processes is an advantage.
Comfortable with night shifts and work-from-office setup.
