Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project discussions and execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- 1–1.5 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of IT services, web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
