Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan (WFO)
CTC: ₹40 LPA – ₹70 LPA
Reporting To: CEO
About the Role:
Gateway Educonnect is hiring a growth-driven CRO to lead and scale the company’s revenue engine across admissions, counseling, partnerships, and customer acquisition in the international education space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall revenue targets and growth strategy
- Build scalable and predictable revenue channels
- Improve lead-to-admission conversion rates
- Lead and manage regional sales and counseling teams
- Build a high-performance sales culture
- Develop revenue forecasting and reporting systems
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
- Expand university tie-ups and strategic partnerships
- Implement CRM, sales operations, and enablement processes
Requirements:
- 12–20 years of experience
- Proven track record of managing ₹50 Cr+ annual revenue targets
- Experience leading 100+ member sales teams
- Strong expertise in admissions, counseling, consultative selling, or B2C sales
- Strong understanding of revenue operations, forecasting, and business growth
Preferred Industry Background:
International Education, EdTech, Higher Education, Test Preparation, Consumer Sales
