Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and workers on the factory floor
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
- Monitor quality standards during the production process
- Manage manpower allocation and worker discipline
- Coordinate with maintenance and store departments
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Ensure safety procedures are followed in the factory
Requirements:
- Experience in factory/production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle shop floor operations efficiently
- Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role preferred
