We are looking for an experienced and responsible Automobile Service Floor Incharge to oversee workshop floor operations and ensure smooth coordination between technicians, service advisors, and management. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a fast-paced automobile service environment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily workshop floor operations.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate jobs and monitor technician productivity.
- Ensure timely completion of service and repair work with quality standards.
- Track vehicle progress and maintain efficient workshop operations.
- Resolve operational issues and support the service team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Monitor workshop productivity and support achievement of service targets.
- Maintain discipline, safety standards, and workshop best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in automobile service workshop operations is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of vehicle service and repair processes.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
