Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the field collection team to achieve recovery targets.
Handle client interactions and resolve escalations effectively
Oversee EMI collections across two‑wheeler, four‑wheeler, and housing loans.
Ensure timely follow‑ups and adherence to recovery timelines.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members for performance improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in collections.
Strong client handling and team management skills.
Proven ability to deliver results under pressure.
Location: Chennai
Take‑Home Salary: 25 K- 30 K
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
