We are hiring a target-driven Business Development Executive who is comfortable both on-field (client meetings) and in-office (lead follow-ups & coordination).
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating business, meeting potential clients, closing deals and contributing directly to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, networking
- Visit businesses and pitch digital marketing services
- Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline)
- Close deals and achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and execution
- Maintain CRM and daily activity reports
- Represent MKGlobo professionally in all interactions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Websites)
- Comfortable with cold calling and field visits
- Presentable, confident and professional
- Target-oriented and self-driven
Compensation
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
