Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead IT Talent Acquisition as we build and scale our Global Capability Center (GCC). The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end IT hiring strategy, managing large-scale talent needs, and building strong recruitment processes in a non-IT organizational setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end IT hiring across various levels, including niche and bulk hiring requirements
Drive talent acquisition strategy to support the setup and scaling of the GCC
Manage large-volume hiring mandates with a focus on quality, turnaround time, and stakeholder satisfaction
Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver on workforce plans
Manage and oversee RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partners, ensuring delivery against defined SLAs and KPIs
Build and streamline recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and strong candidate experience
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and driving performance
Ensure strong governance, reporting, and tracking of hiring metrics
Develop sourcing strategies for identifying high-quality IT talent across multiple channels
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to IT hiring
Prior experience hiring for IT roles within a non-IT organization is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in managing bulk/volume hiring campaigns
Hands-on experience working with and managing RPO partners
Experience in setting up or scaling hiring for GCCs/COEs is a strong advantage
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and team management skills
Data-driven approach to recruitment and decision making
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring landscape
Ability to build scalable hiring frameworks and processes
Experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies
