Summary:
This is a pure Talent acquisition profile wherein the person will be responsible to manage the entire life cycle of Soft Line Staff.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the stakeholders
- Screening applications,
- Conducting preliminary interviews,
- Interview scheduling with the interview panel
- Offer negotiation
- Preboarding
- Preparing Recruitment related MIS
- Fulfilling the requirement within the given TAT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in Recruitment
- Experience on MS Office
- Knowledge on Recruitment portals as well as social media recruitment
- Knowledge or Interest in Employer Branding will be a plus
