Job Title: Social Media Executive

Salary: ₹15,000/month onwards (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and contribute to our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing, content shooting, and graphic designing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content calendars.
- Shoot and edit videos/reels for social media campaigns.
- Design graphics, creatives, banners, and promotional posts.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management
✅ Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
✅ Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
✅ Hands-on experience in video shooting and content creation
✅ Graphic designing skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
✅ Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
✅ Creative mindset with good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling brand pages.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid promotions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
