Assistant Operations Manager (Ayurvedic Doctor)
The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring service quality, managing teams, optimizing processes, supporting business growth, and maintaining high standards of patient care across Shadanga Ayurveda centres.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of Ayurveda clinics and Panchakarma centres.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, front office, customer care, and support teams.
- Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, treatment execution, and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and support Ayurvedic doctors, Panchakarma therapists, customer care executives, and front office staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and operational audits.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of treatment protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor clinical documentation, patient records, consent forms, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Business & Centre Performance
- Monitor centre-wise revenue, treatment utilization, memberships, and operational KPIs.
- Support achievement of monthly business targets and growth objectives.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for campaign execution and patient engagement initiatives.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Manage inventory of Ayurvedic medicines, oils, consumables, and equipment.
- Ensure timely procurement and stock management.
- Monitor wastage control and cost optimization measures.
Franchise & Multi-Centre Support
- Support operational setup and standardization of new centres and franchise locations.
- Conduct operational audits and training sessions for franchise teams.
- Assist in implementing centralized systems and reporting mechanisms.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Operations Reports.
- Track operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, staff productivity, and centre performance.
- Present reports and recommendations to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) mandatory.
- MBA, PGDM, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare management, hospital administration, wellness centre management, or Panchakarma centre operations.
- Strong understanding of Ayurveda clinical practices and Panchakarma operations.
- Experience in managing teams and multi-location operations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
