Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects.
Develop innovative design concepts and oversee project execution from concept to completion.
Manage client relationships, presentations, and design approvals.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Mentor and lead the interior design team while maintaining design excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in interior design, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong expertise in space planning, materials, detailing, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
