Role: Customer Support Associate
Job Summary: A Customer Support Associate is responsible for assisting customers by answering their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. Provide product or service information to customers. Follow company policies and quality standards. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply). Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
