Required Skills :-

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field required.

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting technology-enabled business solutions.

Experience creating and maintaining business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications for technology delivery teams.

Experience working in agile delivery environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning support, story elaboration, and collaboration with product owners and delivery teams.

Experience using AI-enabled SDLC practices or AI-assisted tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, backlog readiness, solution validation, and delivery efficiency with human review and governance applied.

Experience partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into documented solution requirements.

Experience performing current-state process analysis, gap analysis, and improvement recommendations for business or technology processes.

Experience supporting solution validation, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release readiness activities.

Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions, documenting decisions, presenting recommendations, and communicating delivery status to business and technology audiences.

Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities, initiatives, or workstreams across an application portfolio or complex technology environment.
Preferred Skills :-
• Experience ing AI-enabled SDLC practices to improve business analysis, requirements discovery, documentation, backlog refinement, solution validation, and delivery efficiency.
- Familiarity with using generative AI tools to summarize stakeholder input, draft user stories and acceptance criteria, analyze process documentation, identify requirement gaps, and accelerate BA deliverables.
- Ability to identify practical opportunities to use agentic AI or AI-assisted workflows to improve business processes, reduce manual effort, support decision-making, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, including human review, data privacy, security, accuracy validation, auditability, and appropriate guardrails for AI-generated outputs.
- Experience supporting technology modernization, process transformation, or automation initiatives within a complex application or enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of tools and practices commonly used in agile delivery, business process modeling, requirements traceability, test planning, reporting, or workflow automation.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into business-focused use cases, measurable outcomes, and practical implementation recommendations.
- Financial services, operations, workforce management, or enterprise application portfolio experience is a plus.
