We're looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist to lead content thinking and production for one of India's leading BFSI brands.
Please Note: This is not a community management role.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop social media and content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps based on audience insights, trends, and business priorities.
- Simplify complex financial products and concepts into engaging content formats.
- Track industry, platform, and creator trends to identify opportunities.
Content Ideation & Production
- Lead content development across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, X, and emerging platforms.
- Conceptualize and produce both short-form and long-form content.
- Create content briefs, scripts, moodboards, and production plans.
- Guide shoots and provide creative direction to production teams and creators.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the strategic content lead for the client.
- Collaborate closely with them, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction through regular communication.
Performance & Optimization
- Track performance metrics, analyze results and translate insights into actionable content recommendations.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with account, creative, design, production, and performance teams.
- Mentor junior team members and maintain high-quality content standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience in content strategy, social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience developing and producing both short-form and long-form content.
- Ability to build scalable content formats, series, and IPs.
- Strong storytelling, scripting, production, and presentation skills.
- Strong ownership, organization, and project management skills.
- BFSI, fintech, insurance, wealth management, mutual funds, or financial services experience.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai)
