Role Overview:
Lead and manage the call center team, ensure smooth handling of patient inquiries,
and maximize appointment conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise telecallers & daily operations & Sales
✔Monitor calls, improve conversion rates
✔ Train & guide team for better performance
✔ Handle escalations & ensure patient satisfaction
✔ Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth workflow
Requirements:
✔ Experience in call center/telecalling (healthcare preferred)
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Target-oriented with good conversion ability
✔ Basic CRM & reporting knowledge
