Roles and responsibilities:

Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall goals.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay abreast of industry trends to inform product strategy.

Work with senior management to drive strategy and subsequent requirements into the portfolio planning process.

Work closely with other product management and development teams to deliver against overarching business requirements

Play a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the investments align with strategic direction and customer needs

Participate in the entire lifecycle of the product, working closely with leadership teams across the company

Build very strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including with engineering, marketing, sales, support and services.

Consider alternative solutions to functional and non-functional problems, along with other technical and product leaders.

Work closely on Product Requirement Documentation, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation of features, functionalities, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with development teams to translate PRDs into actionable tasks and user stories.

Continuously analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to optimize product success.
Mandatory Skills.

Over 4 years of experience as a product manager, specializing in enterprise software, preferably SaaS products.

Extensive expertise in agile development practices and proficiency in modern product management tools.

Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS offerings, emphasizing the delivery of resilient, scalable, and highly available solutions.

Strong technical acumen, enabling effective collaboration with development teams on technically challenging problems, including service-oriented architecture.

Excellent overall communicator with strong writing skills for conveying complex concepts.

Quick grasp of intricate product details and specifications.

Demonstrated ability to be a team player and effectively articulate, educate, engage, inspire, influence, and bring positive energy to interactions, making people smile.
Job type – Full time employment
Work schedule – Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
Minimum qualification – Graduate.
