We are looking for a Manager – Premium Residential & Lifestyle Solutions to join this growing vertical and take ownership of end-to-end project planning, coordination and execution.
What will you be responsible for?
- Lead premium residential projects from requirement understanding to final execution
- Translate lifestyle and functional requirements into well-defined solutions
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, Automation Specialists, Consultants and Vendors
- Drive project planning, timelines, budgets, quality and execution standards
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Evaluate and coordinate with specialist partners and solution providers
- Oversee project commercials, quotations, negotiations and cost control
- Ensure seamless integration across design, technology and lifestyle solutions
- Identify execution challenges proactively and drive timely resolution
- Maintain project documentation, reporting and performance tracking
What are we looking for?
