Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our Ahmedabad team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the solar project lifecycle.
The Customer Success Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate with internal departments, resolve customer queries, and ensure smooth communication from project initiation to post-installation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress and updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Installation, and Service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Record and track customer requests, complaints, and service issues until closure.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
- Schedule customer meetings, service visits, and follow-up calls as required.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner.
- Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.
- Assist in documentation, report preparation, and customer database management.
- Support customer retention initiatives and build long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Arts, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Telecalling, Back Office, or Client Coordination will have an added advantage.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
