What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound customer support calls from US telecom customers
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks
- Contribute to a high-energy international BPO environment
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 12th Pass
- At least 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Inbound experience is mandatory)
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Willingness and comfort working night shifts
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
Work Details
- Process: International Voice (US Telecom)
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Days: 5 Days/Week + Rotational Week Off
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Locations: Noida / Pune (Hinjewadi)
