Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Formulating daily, monthly, and annual production schedules to meet market demand while optimizing resources and costs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring strict adherence to GMP, cGMP,GLP, and AYUSH protocols for raw material testing and final product safety.
- Process Oversight: Managing the manufacturing of diverse Ayurvedic dosage forms (e.g., Asava-Aristha, medicated oils, tablets, capsules, Powders )
- Team & Inventory Management: Allocating tasks to the production, packaging, and store teams and ensuring there are no stockouts of key herbs and packaging materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm / M. Pharm) or a Bachelor's degree in Botany, Chemistry, or Ayurveda.
- Experience: Typically 1-5 years of hands-on experience in the Ayurvedic, herbal, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of traditional Ayurvedic manufacturing processes, ERP software, and regulatory online applications.
