Position
We are looking for a PPC Engineer responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and smooth coordination between departments. The role requires strong analytical skills to balance demand, inventory, and production capacity.
Educational Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering
or related field.
Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.
Coordinate with design, purchase, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production progress and update schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Ensure availability of raw materials and components as per production plan.
Track work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain proper production records.
Analyze production capacity, machine utilization, and manpower planning.
Identify production bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with the procurement team to avoid material shortages.
Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
Generate MIS reports for production performance and order status.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain flow.
Ability to analyze production data and forecasts.
Strong Excel and ERP skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Experience-
1–4 years experience in Production Planning & Control.
Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
