Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for our logistics and freight forwarding services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for logistics and freight forwarding services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Meet prospective clients and understand their logistics requirements.
Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
Negotiate rates and close business deals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Courier, Transportation, or Supply Chain Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
