Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level-1 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and resolve first-level network issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Routing & Switching devices.
- Monitor and manage Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama.
- Assist in configuring and supporting Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
- Support user authentication and network access using Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Perform basic firewall policy updates and rule verification.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 engineering team when required.
- Maintain incident records, documentation, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational network security standards.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and system health checks.
Required Skills
- CCNA Certification (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Working knowledge of Panorama.
- Experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
- Knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, and ACLs.
- Basic knowledge of network security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Palo Alto or Cisco will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Network Support or Network Operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
