A Ticketing Executive is responsible for handling ticket reservations, bookings, cancellations, and customer inquiries. They ensure accurate ticket issuance, provide excellent customer service, and maintain records of transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process ticket bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and ticketing information.
- Issue domestic and international flight, train, bus, or event tickets as applicable.
- Verify customer details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
- Handle payment processing and generate invoices/receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, or event organizers regarding ticket availability and schedules.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Update customers regarding schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
