We’re looking for a Sales Executive (Direct Marketing) who is energetic, self-driven, and passionate about sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct sales and marketing activities for our real estate projects.
- Build and maintain a database of potential buyers through fieldwork and local networking.
- Bring clients for site visits and assist them through the sales journey.
- Engage in door-to-door marketing — distributing brochures, explaining property details, and convincing potential customers to visit the site.
- Train and manage field sales teams, ensuring productivity and accountability.
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies and target achievements.
- Ensure excellent customer communication, follow-up, and relationship management.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Must be well-versed with the local area and surroundings.
- Proven sales acumen and ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Valid two/four-wheeler license (mandatory for field travel).
- Willingness to work on the field and engage directly with potential clients.
- Prior experience in real estate or direct marketing is an added advantage.
