Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
Optimize and enhance existing ABAP code for performance improvements.
Provide technical support and maintenance for SAP applications.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects, ALV reporting, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, BDCs, and Smart Forms.
Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, HR, or others.
Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and integration points.
Familiarity with SAP enhancement frameworks (user exits, BADIs, enhancement points).
Experience with SAP workflow development and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP certification in ABAP development is a plus.
