ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Optometrist with a passion for both clinical excellence and customer engagement? GEM OPTICIANS is seeking a talented Optometrist to join our growing team in Select Citywalk Saket, Delhi.
In this role, you'll combine your clinical expertise with consultative sales to deliver exceptional eye care and optical products to our customers. You'll be the face of our clinic—conducting eye examinations, recommending solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring every customer leaves with perfect vision and complete satisfaction.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
✓ Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide professional optical recommendations
✓ Drive sales of eyewear, lenses, and optical products through personalized consultations
✓ Own the complete order management process from placement to final delivery
✓ Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and excellent service
✓ Manage clinic operations including equipment maintenance, stock management, and store displays
✓ Maintain accurate records using our ERP system and drive operational excellence
✓ Work with a supportive team that values professionalism and customer care
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an Optometrist in a retail environment
- Strong background in eye examinations and optical product expertise
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- Proficiency with ERP systems and comfortable with data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Fluent in English and Hindi
