Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to support student career development and drive placement opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring successful student placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HRs, and recruiters
- Identify job and internship opportunities for students
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and job fairs
- Share student profiles with potential employers
- Prepare students for interviews (resume building, mock interviews, soft skills)
- Track student placement status and maintain records
- Follow up with companies for feedback and hiring updates
- Organize career guidance sessions and industry interactions
- Collaborate with training teams to align skills with market needs
