We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (adjust based on requirement).
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
