We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, improve website SEO, create engaging content, design marketing materials, and shoot/edit reels and videos related to our products, manufacturing processes, and company activities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, and updates.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Monitor performance and prepare social media reports.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Write captions, articles, product descriptions, and industry-related content.
- Develop content highlighting plastic recycling, PP granules, manufacturing processes, and industry applications.
Reel Shooting & Video Editing
- Plan, shoot, and edit reels and short-form videos.
- Create factory, production, product showcase, and company culture videos.
- Produce content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Graphic Designing
- Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
- Use Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
SEO & Website Management
- Perform on-page SEO optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Publish and update website content and blogs.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Improve website rankings and organic visibility.
Digital Marketing & Branding
- Support online marketing campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Identify opportunities for lead generation through social media and SEO.
- Promote the company's products, capabilities, and industry expertise online.
Required SkillsMust Have
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business pages.
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic graphic designing skills.
- Experience in reel shooting and video editing.
- Familiarity with Canva and video editing software.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial marketing.
- Knowledge of WordPress.
- Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
