Job Description
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Administration & Legal to lead our administration, statutory compliance, legal coordination, and facility management functions. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative expertise along with a good understanding of legal and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end administration and facility management across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, labour, factory, and local authority regulations.
- Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants, and government departments.
- Review and manage agreements, contracts, leases, notices, and legal documentation.
- Handle legal cases, notices, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Liaise with government authorities for licenses, approvals, and renewals.
- Oversee security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and vendor management.
- Manage company assets, office infrastructure, and administration budgets.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and SOPs.
- Support senior management in risk mitigation and compliance-related matters.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate; LLB will be an added advantage.
- 12–18+ years of experience in Administration with exposure to Legal & Compliance.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, Contract Management, and Statutory Compliance.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
