- Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and train new warehouse workers.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee receiving, packing, loading, and shipping processes.
- Inventory Tracking: Use warehouse software to log stock movement and perform regular audits.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure team members follow safety rules and properly use equipment like forklifts.
- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate teams and solve problems quickly.
- Communication: Clear verbal skills to coordinate shifts and report issues to the warehouse manager.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory software and barcode scanners.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy goods when needed
