Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative CorelDRAW Expert with 5+ years of experience in the Clothing/Garment Industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in apparel artwork creation, garment printing designs, branding materials, and digital content development. The candidate should also be capable of creating, editing, and managing social media content, including reels, promotional videos, and marketing creatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Graphic Design & CorelDRAW Expertise
* Create and modify apparel graphics, prints, patterns, logos, labels, tags, packaging designs, and promotional materials using CorelDRAW.
* Develop production-ready artwork for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation printing, digital printing, and heat transfer printing.
* Create vector illustrations, garment mockups, technical drawings, and artwork presentations.
* Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, color separations, and production specifications.
* Convert customer concepts and sketches into professional digital artwork.
Garment Production Support
* Coordinate with Production, Sampling, Merchandising, and Quality teams to ensure artwork accuracy.
* Review samples and make necessary design modifications before bulk production.
* Ensure all artwork complies with manufacturing and printing standards.
* Maintain artwork libraries and production records.
Social Media Content Creation
* Design engaging social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and promotional content.
* Create visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
* Develop marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
Reels & Video Editing
* Create, edit, and produce high-quality reels, short videos, and promotional content for social media platforms.
* Edit videos by adding transitions, effects, text overlays, music, animations, and branding elements.
* Capture and edit product showcase videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop engaging video content strategies.
* Ensure all video content is optimized for different social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Quality & Compliance:
* Ensure accuracy, creativity, and consistency across all design and video assets.
* Conduct quality checks before final approvals and publishing.
* Maintain brand identity across all digital and print materials.
Innovation & Process Improvement:
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and video editing techniques.
* Suggest innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
* Improve workflows to enhance productivity and content quality.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience as a CorelDRAW Designer in the Clothing/Garment Industry.
* Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar video editing tools.
* Experience in creating and editing reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
* Understanding of garment printing processes and apparel production workflows.
* Strong creative visualization and design skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
* Experience working with garment manufacturers, exporters, fashion brands, or apparel companies.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content strategies.
