Job Summary:
The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising the service team, ensuring excellent guest experience, and maintaining smooth daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide waiters and service staff
Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues politely
Take orders and assist in service when required
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Train new staff and support team development
Monitor table setup and service standards
Ensure proper billing and POS handling
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in hospitality/service field
Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
Leadership and team handling ability
Customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of POS systems
