Job Description
We are looking for experienced PLC/SCADA Developers for Machine Automation and Plant Automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC, HMI and SCADA systems for machine and plant automation.
- Work on Siemens PLC programming using TIA Portal and WinCC.
- Handle Siemens LOGO, S7-200 Smart, S7-1200, S7-1500 and S7-300 PLC platforms.
- Knowledge of Simatic Manager is required.
- Understand machine/process applications as per OEM and end-user requirements.
- Design and develop HMI and SCADA as per P&ID.
- Commission PLC Panels and MCC Panels at customer sites.
- Understand Control Panels, PLC Panels and MCC Panels.
- Work with Instruments, VFDs, Relay Logic and Three-Line Drawings such as DOL and Star-Delta.
- Candidates with experience in Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley (AB) and B&R PLC may also apply.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat and India as required.
