We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support enterprise search platform operations and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise application support.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and support Glean platform operations.
- Monitor data connectors and troubleshoot connectivity failures.
- Collaborate with application owners to resolve platform and integration issues.
- Handle service requests including user onboarding, document search, permissions, and credential rotation.
- Onboard, manage, and govern AI agents created by users.
- Troubleshoot issues between Glean and connected source applications.
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across application and GCP environments.
- Escalate complex technical issues while following ITIL and service management best practices.
- Validate APIs and authentication workflows using Postman, cURL, and OAuth.
- Monitor log streaming and ingestion into Microsoft Sentinel.
- Create operational dashboards and generate Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports.
- Ensure governance, reliability, security, and compliance of enterprise search services.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cloud Support, or Application Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and cloud environments.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
- Experience with API validation, OAuth authentication, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel log monitoring is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
