About the Role
Maxindia Developers is seeking a highly driven, execution-focused Field Operations Executive to manage on-ground real estate activities. This role requires extensive fieldwork involving debt recovery, property documentation, and government approvals, along with coordination across multiple stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who thrive outside the office, can navigate ambiguity, and take ownership to close tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Debt Recovery & Collections
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments from clients, channel partners, and tenants
- Conduct in-person visits when required to close dues
- Handle escalations and difficult recovery scenarios professionally
- Maintain records of collections and follow-up status
2. Property Documentation & Legal Coordination
- Coordinate preparation, verification, and collection of property documents
- Work closely with legal advisors for agreements, registrations, and compliance
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements
- Assist in property due diligence and document validation
3. Government Approvals & Liaison Work
- Manage approvals with local authorities such as:
- BBMP
- BDA
- Sub-Registrar Offices
- Revenue departments
- Follow up on:
- Khata transfers
- Plan sanctions
- Trade licenses
- Occupancy certificates (OC) / Completion certificates (CC)
- Build working relationships with officials to ensure timely approvals
4. Site & Vendor Coordination
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors
- Ensure work is progressing as per timelines and requirements
- Flag and resolve on-ground issues proactively
5. Operations & Problem Solving
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges independently
- Ensure tasks are completed without delays or repeated follow-ups
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on the status of recoveries, approvals, and site activities
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in real estate, construction, or field operations
- Background in civil engineering, real estate operations, or collections/recovery preferred
- Strong understanding of Bangalore property processes and documentation
- Ability to handle fieldwork, negotiations, and multi-tasking
- Comfortable dealing with government offices and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore
- Available for field visits on short notice if required
